This policy explains how Krowned Systems handles information connected to website visits, Krowned OS purchases, license access, and product usage.

Information Collected

Krowned Systems may collect checkout contact details, license access records, support messages, and business records you enter into the tools, including business profile details, client details, quotes, invoices, expenses, payroll entries, and receipt information you choose to upload or scan.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide access, validate licenses, save and load records, generate purchase fulfillment emails, respond to support requests, improve tools, and maintain payment and access records.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Krowned Systems does not store full card numbers on this website.

Product Data

The customer dashboard and private tools connect to a Krowned Systems backend powered by Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for license validation and product record storage. Google Workspace services may also be used to send license and support emails.

Browser Storage

Krowned Systems may use localStorage or sessionStorage in your browser for demo records, license session state, business profile details, client details, counters, and tool preferences. Anyone with access to your browser profile or device may be able to view locally stored data.

Public Demo

The public demo uses sample data and local browser storage only. Demo pages are not intended to save information to live customer records, and you should not enter real sensitive business data into the demo.

Service Providers

Krowned Systems uses service providers to operate the site and product, including Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Stripe for payments, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for backend workflows and storage, Google Workspace for email, and Google Fonts for font delivery.

Sensitive Information

Do not enter Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, bank login credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your own business recordkeeping and you understand the risk of storing it.
